I am thrilled to announce that I was selected for the 2012 Monhegan Artist's Residency. This means that I will spend 5 weeks of uninterrupted time creating art on Monhegan Island, off the coast of Maine,. Part of my plan will be to explore and experiment with the silk-screen printing process.

I'll have two small gouache drawings in this show at Monkitree Gallery in Gardiner, Maine. Opening Reception: May 18th, 5:30-9pm. The show will run from May18 to July 20, 2012.

"Darfur at Our Doorstep" was awarded a Maine Arts Commission "Good Idea Grant".
